My background spans hands-on technical support and systems administration. That has meant helping people with the technology in front of them while also working with the servers, networks and accounts that keep their work moving.

My experience includes Windows Server and Active Directory, business networking and Wi-Fi, firewalls and remote access, and email environments such as Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. I have also worked with endpoint security, multifactor authentication and the permissions that connect people to the tools they need.

When an issue comes up, I look at the surrounding setup as well as the immediate symptom. A connection problem might involve a device, a wireless network or an account setting. Explaining those possibilities in plain language helps make the next step clear.

Heron brings that practical perspective to local businesses in Laredo and provides remote technical support beyond the area. I also help with website hosting setup, domain configuration and ongoing website management. The aim is to make technology easier to understand and work with, through thoughtful troubleshooting, clear explanations and useful documentation.

My approach starts with listening. Before work moves forward, I want the issue, the priorities and the proposed steps to be understood. Afterward, explaining what changed matters just as much as making the change.
